Robots

Fanuc Level 1, Introduction to Fanuc Robots*

Personnel expected to maintain robotic equipment and recover system faults and minor errors

None or Less than one year of experience with Fanuc robots.

Robots

Fanuc Level 2, Programming & Troubleshooting*

Personnel expected to maintain, recover, program & set-up Fanuc robot equipment 2+ years experience with Fanuc robots or Controls, and Teach Pendant Navigation. Fanuc Level 1 or have received previous robot training.
Robots Fanuc Level 3, Advanced Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Experienced personnel expected to maintain, recover, program & set-up Fanuc robot equipment. Expected to perform advanced troubleshooting of the robot controller, arm & system components.

Attended Fanuc Levels 1 & 2 or have received previous robot training. Career professional with equipment and familiar with Teach Pendant Navigation.

Robots Fanuc Level 4, Advanced Teach Pendant Programming & Robot Functions High-level people with years of experience – Personnel expected to maintain, recover, program & set-up Fanuc robot equipment with advanced systems for racking, vision, palletizing and use advanced robot functions. Attended Fanuc Levels 1 & 2 or have received previous robot training. Career professional with equipment and have advanced programming or controls experience.
Robots ABB IRC5 / S4 Level 1 & 2, Operations & Programming* Personnel expected to maintain robotic equipment and recover system faults and minor errors None or Less than one year of experience with ABB robots.

Controls

Allen Bradley  Studio 5000 Level 1, Introduction to Ladder Logic & Troubleshooting

Personnel expected to maintain & troubleshoot ladder logic to identify system component issues effectively • Knowledge of basic electrical or electronic and automation components
• Experience in the automation environment or past PLC training

Controls

Allen Bradley  Studio 5000 Level 2, Operations & Troubleshooting

Personnel expected to troubleshoot, repair, program and maintain automated systems using advanced word, file & AOI instructions. 5 – 10 years experience in automation controls programming & troubleshooting

 

*If your facility has sealing, vision, GMAW welding-torch, or resistance welding – spot/servo gun, the instructions and data for those applications are covered in our Level 1 & Level 2 courses.
