Fanuc Level 3
Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting
For students experienced working with Fanuc robots. This course covers common safe robot recovery and maintenance methods for all fault types for Rj3ib-r30ib+ robot controller types. Image and Standard Backups and recovery after reloading images. Proper mastering technique and TCP adjustments after a crash, so program touch-up is not required. Proper technique for removal and replacement of all key controller components including, power supply, main board, servo amp, E-stop unit, op-panel board, teach pendants, cables, and motors. To successfully complete the course, students must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and recover robots from numerous fault scenarios that originate from in-plant situations we have encountered.
TOPICS COVERED IN FANUC LEVEL 3 COURSE
- Teach Pendant and Robot System Review – Review menu navigation, robot fault types and recovery, and review key fundamentals, verification of proper mastering, TCP, etc.
