Introduction to Fanuc Robotics

This course is designed to ensure students with little or no experience with the Fanuc robot learn to safely work in automated environments with industrial robots. Students will learn to recover from common faults, use coordinate systems for efficient jogging and to properly cycle programs in step and continuous modes. In-depth hands-on exercises will be used to teach students the skills necessary for: safe basic robot operation and teach pendant navigation.  Selection and cycling of both program’s and macro’s, as well as, understanding program flow. Robot programs, once touched up, will be prepared for program testing. Root cause troubleshooting and recovery methods are introduced to minimize eliminate unnecessary downtime!
